Activation Kit

Enrollment/Educational kits in the form of a booklet/guide/Charts or equipment providing the items and instructions for enrolled members/patients, to help them understand the disease and its pros and cons in a better way. Also helping with Free or Discounted Offers on the high value Products.

Field Counsellor

An emotionally charged, confiding relationship with members/patients/caregivers to enrol/register/counsel/guide on the Program, Engaging in awareness/CSR/Screening camps/product demo as per the Program need.

Free Drug Assistance

Help enrolled members/patient in availing free/discounted medications to people who cannot afford to buy their medicine or who fulfil/qualify the criteria set as per the Program.

Follow Up Dashboard

A detailed view/list of the Calls as per the turnaround time set for the Program services. Integrated with Dialer and SMS link for ease of calling and shooting SMS respectively to enrolled members/patients for dosage/refill/appointment reminder etc.
